Customer inquiry and service request

A declarative Enterprise adoption binding over WM-ACT-021 Service Case / Ticket. It creates no new model or runtime identity.

Verdict: PROFILE

Claude and Grok independently rejected a second case aggregate. WM-ACT-021 already owns case identity, intake, triage, lifecycle, merge/history, outcome, closure and reopening. The profile adds one portable semantic distinction: an unknown requester is different from governed anonymity or identity withholding.

Binding

Local requester-presence codes may differ, but they must preserve the portable semantic states and their guards for party minting, contactability and whether customer acceptance is obtainable. Merge preserves predecessor identity and chronology. Resolution, customer acceptance and closure remain separate. Incident/problem identity, remedy work and communication payloads remain with their sibling masters.

Limits

The parent remains a reviewable draft with canonicalPublishable=false. Candidate sibling relation rows are now recorded but still await canonical registry approval. The WM-KNW-014 direction and WM-ACT-027 requiredness contradictions are resolved in their 0.3.1 research versions. This profile is not installable, executable or a standards-conformance claim.
