EM-FIN-04 profiles WM-ECO-018 for consolidated statement editions, preserves WM-ECO-016 for run-scoped elimination adjustments, and keeps source ledgers, organizations, control, holdings and policy externally mastered. Consolidation Scope and Consolidation Run satisfy independent identity and lifecycle tests but remain identifier-unassigned. No catalogue, model or runtime identifier is allocated.

Scope revisions carry explicit membership records, purpose, method, control evidence, valid time and knowledge time. Runs bind one approved/effective scope revision and immutable version pins for books, periods, mappings, policies, framework, taxonomy, currencies, rates, tolerance, source revisions, transformations and authorization. Source postings never change. Restatements and scope changes create successors and preserve originals.
