Claude and Grok independently select **PROFILE** over WM-ORG-002, WM-ORG-003, WM-ORG-004 and WM-ORG-016 with no catalogue or runtime identifier. OrganizationLandscape is a governed projection specification, StructureAxis versions projection rules, and StructureSnapshot is an immutable digest-identified generated artifact. None owns organizational facts or edges.

Both providers keep axis validation local to each declared axis and reject any global one-manager rule. Administrative containment, team membership and nesting, position reporting, and assignment supervision remain mastered by their source models. One world-time/record-time pair applies to all required sources; a missing reconstruction horizon refuses the snapshot.

Grok strengthens the contract with an explicit digest tuple, source-version pinning, optional-source omission rules, non-reimport semantics, a functional-axis hierarchy parameter, project membership/nesting separation, union-graph cycle acceptance and authoritative-only scenario treatment. Alignments to W3C ORG, ISO 42010 and ArchiMate remain non-conformance references.

The functional-cycle disagreement is adjudicated as a profile parameter with `acyclicityRequired=false` by default. A Claude walkthrough placed a supervisor on the project axis; revision 3 corrects that wording and treats the project edge as membership while supervision remains on the supervisory axis.
