**Verdict.** Accept the proposal core. ContractLandscape is a parameterized read-only profile; ObligationNetwork is the same projection drawn as a graph. Neither is a commercial master. Split mastership stands: WM-ECO-006 owns clauses, versions and party positions; WM-XCT-029 owns duty lifecycle, occurrences, deadlines, fulfilment and non-performance. Acceptance is conditional on the blockers below. Neither candidate requires independent business identity. **Strongest evidence.** The mandated test is coherent only if duties are first-class and not owned by agreement status. An expired commercial contract can still project live confidentiality and evidence-retention duties plus their record refs. That is possible only if landscape/network are as-of cuts over the two masters, not objects that expire with the agreement. **Strongest counterexample.** If ObligationNetwork is unstructured decoration, typed cyclic edges, competing precedence assertions and surviving-duty-plus-evidence refs cannot be replayed as a governed projection. The network would then illicitly need write identity. “No business identity” holds only while edge, duty and record facts already live on WM-XCT-029, WM-ECO-006 and record context. **Identity / mastership.** Neither landscape nor network is a business object. A projection handle (as-of, party lens, agreement-set, access decision) is query/governance identity only and must not be creatable as a commercial master. All writes go to the two named work-products. Edges belong with WM-XCT-029 (or associations among those duties). Excuse and dispute are assessment/record facets on the duty, not landscape attributes. Evidence is referenced from record context; no third identifier is introduced. **Scope.** Landscape assembles an agreement-set, bound duties, party positions at version-as-of, status facets, unresolved precedence assertions and evidence refs under policy/access. Network renders that tuple: duty nodes, optional agreement grouping nodes that confer no grouping identity, typed edges, cycles retained. Out of scope: legal-winner computation, non-party grant, mutating duties on agreement expiry, treating landscape as a portfolio master. **Parties / versions.** Party positions exist only on the agreement version in force at as-of. Duties reference bearer/beneficiary via party context; the profile keeps no parallel roster. Landscape is not versioned; it is an as-of cut. Version change does not rewrite duty identity. **Dependencies.** Edges are antecedent, reciprocal performance or decomposition. Reciprocal pairs are legitimate cycles; the model must not force a DAG or acyclic-reduce to “make it drawable.” Decomposition does not transfer child lifecycle to parent or agreement. Cycle preservation is structured-graph retention, not canvas-only. **Survival / deadlines.** Agreement expiry never sets obligation expiry. Survival window, deadlines and occurrences live on the duty. Overdue is as-of versus duty/occurrence deadline, not agreement end. Records cited by a surviving duty remain addressable; expiry must not orphan or purge them. **Dispute / non-performance.** Four orthogonal facets: overdue (temporal assessment), non-performance (recorded assertion), excuse (recorded relief that does not clear the other two), dispute (recorded contest that does not collapse positions or pick a winner). The profile displays them; it does not master them. **Agreement conflicts.** Competing precedence assertions persist. The profile enumerates conflict; it is not a tribunal and has no winner attribute. **Time / access.** Agreement time is on WM-ECO-006; duty time on WM-XCT-029. Every projection requires as-of. Non-party is deny-by-default. A governed projection may hide nodes, edges, positions and evidence; it must not fabricate them. Survival does not widen access. **Scenario.** Agreement A expires at t_exp. Confidentiality duty C and evidence-retention duty R survive past t_exp; R (and possibly C) references evidence E. At as-of t_after > t_exp under an authorized party lens: A shows expired; C and R remain in-force with windows intact; network still shows C, R, any typed edges and refs to E; E stays reachable in record context; the four facets are not auto-cleared; a non-party request is denied; a permitted governed projection never includes E by default. Fail if duties vanish, E is orphaned, expiry is written onto C/R, edges drop, or off-lens evidence leaks. C and R remain ordinary WM-XCT-029 duties; no special surviving-clause identity. **Invariants.** 1. Landscape and network have no business identity. 2. Commercial writes occur only on WM-ECO-006 or WM-XCT-029. 3. Landscape = f(agreement-set, as-of, party-lens, policy/access). 4. Network is that function rendered, not a second store. 5. Party positions exist only on the agreement version at as-of. 6. Duty identity survives version change and agreement expiry. 7. Agreement expired ⇏ duty expired. 8. Every network edge is typed antecedent | reciprocal-performance | decomposition. 9. Cycles may exist; the profile must not delete or acyclic-reduce edges. 10. Decomposition does not move child mastership. 11. Overdue ⇏ non-performance and the converse is false. 12. Excuse does not overwrite overdue or non-performance. 13. Dispute does not collapse competing positions. 14. Competing precedence assertions both persist; no derived winner. 15. Non-party access is deny-by-default. 16. Projection may hide facts and must not invent them. 17. Overdue uses duty/occurrence deadline, never agreement end as substitute. 18. Surviving-duty record refs remain addressable after expiry. **Minimum profile shape.** Tuple only: as-of; party lens; policy/access decision; agreement set (WM-ECO-006 ref, version-as-of, status, party positions); obligation set (WM-XCT-029 ref, lifecycle, survival window, deadlines, occurrences, fulfilment, four facets); typed edges with cycles; unresolved precedence assertions; record/evidence refs; optional identity-less agreement grouping nodes. **Blockers.** (1) Edge mastership unspecified — if edges have no home on WM-XCT-029 the network needs illicit write identity. (2) Evidence/record mastership unnamed in the two work-products; scenario fails if E has no home. (3) Projection key incomplete without mandatory as-of, party-lens, agreement-set and access decision. (4) Binding of surviving duties to an expired agreement unspecified; binding must not imply liveness or be deleted on expiry. (5) Cycle policy unspecified beyond preserve (storage versus display; decomposition-cycle handling belongs to assessment). (6) Any write path on landscape/network would force identity and is out of scope.
