Claude and Grok agree that Contract Landscape is a read-only governed profile and Obligation Network is the same immutable projection rendered as a dependency/deadline graph. Neither has independent business identity or lifecycle, so `newRuntimeId` remains false.

Agreement mastership stays in WM-ECO-006 for works, expressions, clauses, amendments and party positions. WM-XCT-029 masters duty identity, occurrences, lifecycle, deadlines, fulfilment, non-performance and typed obligation associations. WM-REC-001 or the applicable record authority masters evidence; obligations retain governed references. The Landscape and Network have no write path.

Both reviews preserve agreement and duty lifecycle separation. Agreement expiry never expires every duty. Surviving confidentiality and evidence-retention duties retain their own windows, source-clause references and evidence links without implying that the agreement remains live.

Dependencies remain typed as antecedent, reciprocal performance or decomposition. Structured cycles are retained rather than reduced to a DAG. Reciprocal cycles may be valid; decomposition cycles are surfaced for assessment and never silently removed. Overdue, non-performance, excuse, dispute and cure remain independent facets.

Cross-agreement precedence assertions coexist with attribution; the profile cannot compute a legal winner. Non-party access is deny-by-default and survival never widens access. The projection digest binds agreement and obligation revisions, as-of, party lens, policy/access decision, disclosure shape and graph-engine revision.

The disposition remains a held profile with no new identifier. Canonical publication still depends on parent readiness, ratified composition, operational semantics, verified crosswalks and fixtures.

## Frozen-audit reconciliation

The single frozen audit accepted the boundary with eight limits. The final profile pins evidence authority and deadline clocks, names profile/shape/engine ownership, keeps cycle diagnostics non-mutating, applies graph-closed disclosure, scopes digests by party lens and uses one canonical profile name. Obligation Network remains a rendering mode. No second audit was run and no identifier was added.
