WM-SFT-002 owns logical system boundary, BusinessApplication, contained module placement and organizational ApplicationUsage. Purchased licence/entitlement is a separate identifier-unassigned commercial candidate and never creates an installation. Installation is resolved from current deployment plus runtime environment.
