# Independent review request: EM-TEC-03 Interface, API and Integration

Review this boundary independently. Proposed: complete reserved WM-SFT-003 as the versioned logical API / Interface Contract; treat API version as an immutable contract revision; reference WM-DAT-004 for payload semantics and reserved WM-SFT-018 for endpoint/address exposure. EndpointBinding is a dependent effective-dated relation to an endpoint and environment. Integration is an identifier-unassigned governed producer-consumer relationship whose identity survives contract revisions and endpoint changes. Reject ExchangeEvent as a new type: addressed exchanges use WM-REC-003 Message and other occurrences use WM-ACT-015, with correlation references. Test URL change without contract change and incompatible payload change without URL change. Return <=1200 words: Verdict; identity/mastership; contract/revision/pin; Integration; endpoint binding; message/event exchange; compatibility and migration; scenarios; invariants; blockers. Challenge whether Integration truly needs independent identity and whether EndpointBinding can remain dependent. Do not invent identifiers or claim canonical completeness.
