Review this boundary independently. Proposed: reuse WM-SFT-015 for TestSpecification, TestRun, result adjudication and VerificationEvidence; keep Defect in WM-SFT-014, Requirement in WM-REC-006, remediation work in WM-ACT-006 and release/artifact identity in WM-SFT-008. TestResult is attached to a run rather than separately mastered. Add one identifier-unassigned Test Environment candidate. Correct the erroneous WM-ACT-038 learning-activity parent without guessing a replacement. Separate expected behavior from executable test implementation; classify product defect, test defect, environment failure and inconclusive/flaky results; pin exact subject digests and environments. Test one defect with multiple tests, a flaky retry set and verification on a different release digest. Return <=1200 words: Verdict; identity/mastership; specification/run/result/evidence; defect classification; version/environment binding; flaky/inconclusive; lifecycle/closure; scenario; invariants; blockers. Challenge TestResult containment and the new Test Environment boundary. Do not invent identifiers or claim canonical completeness.
