# EM-XCT-04 — Grok audit recovery addendum

Grok completed a separate independent static audit of 19 exact files from the published 0.1.0 release on 2026-09-21: **ACCEPT**. The provider lists all files and reconstructs the four transport parts. It reports no high/medium implementation defect against the bounded trusted-host contract. This addendum supersedes the earlier availability status, not the immutable release or its historical audit record.

Codex verified the supplied files still match the recorded release hashes. The original response and manifest are linked alongside the input and exact transport parts. Grok did not execute tests, recompute hashes, retrieve parent specifications or test the native production engine. The existing executed evidence is Codex evidence and remains separate.

The six low-severity notes concern: native envelope checks when used outside prior V3 validation; malformed `empty(config)` helper diagnostics; dependency-mediated URI validation; duplicate schema/contract representations; conflated envelope diagnostics; and a test name. Preserve these as optional improvements for a later immutable version. The host duties around clock checks, current authority, latest predecessor, persistence, generic recipient errors, capacity and custody remain mandatory adoption limits.

Two observations need attribution clarification, not a changed release: `liveByteEqualityVerified` records a Codex comparison at its research checkpoint and is not something Grok independently verified; `publicationStatus: published` in a synthetic installation fixture models the actual release lifecycle separately from research assurance and is not publication authority granted by the reviewer. No claim of testing a deployed native engine follows from that fixture.

The release remains a reviewable draft and the broader temporal/lifecycle contour remains partly covered. Domain transition legality, payload validation, civil/uncertain time, durable conflicts and production migration are not added by an accepting audit. **No 0.1.0 file, ZIP or spec digest is changed.**
