# Full-package R1 reconciliation

Both actual providers accepted with limits. All ten Claude anchors and five Grok local findings were considered. L1 rank is now exact int; L2 adds isolated receipt and envelope negatives; L3 uses distinct constructed snapshots without preserved-history language; L4/L5 align five exact pins and label boundary-only access reading; L6 supplies review and adjacent checks; L7 bounds merge immutability and declares at-rest/CAS duty; L8 clarifies host/action vocabulary without inventing inspect outputs; L9 requires active native storage objects; L10 clarifies three schema versions and candidate URL/fixture lifecycle. Wire format remains permanently vercy-disclosure-research at 0.1.0 by design, not an unsafe alias or silent migration. Optional host transitive ancestry, withdrawal actor evidence and production engines stay explicit future work.

R1 frozen files and prompt remain preserved. This materially corrected final candidate requires a separately labeled R2 audit. No R1 acceptance is relabeled as coverage of changed bytes.
