# R3 final adjudication

Both actual final code audits accept with explicit limits. Claude found a nonblocking cross-table historical clock gap and disclosure/documentation gaps; Grok accepted after explicit recovery of all nine bundle source fragments. Neither reviewer ran code or verified raw hashes. Both supplementary document audits and final wording-delta reviews accept the same unchanged implementation.

No remaining blocker was demonstrated against the bounded synthetic contract. Accepted limits are mandatory adoption reading, not fixed behavior: cross-table clock checking, shared-resource receipt disclosure, finite shared capacity, external standing/authentication and continuity, limited installer assets, generic-composer gap and missing edge tests. The final addendum corrects the narrower policy/event time guarantee and absent package-document references, and records the remaining field-table precision issues.

R1/R2 disagreements and the initial Grok INPUT INCOMPLETE answer remain historical evidence. Forty-six original frozen files remain at implementation-r3/. Release bookkeeping replaces only review.json/md at the publication path and retains both originals under explicit names. Hash-listed context is not counted as provider-read source. The exact supplied files are listed in release review.json.

Local source, bundle and native reports were checked against their frozen source digests before publication. Publication HTTP, ZIP, runtime and search checks are separate later evidence. No external reviewer grants authority; publication follows the owner’s standing request.
