Actual independent Claude and Grok studies and three implementation audit rounds are preserved. Both final R3 complete-source static audits accept with explicit limits, followed by complete adoption-document review and exact addendum wording review. Grok first reported omitted bundle input; all nine source fragments were recovered inline before its final verdict. Earlier disagreement is retained. Executed tests and native checks are separate Codex evidence.

Disposition: **publish bounded reviewable draft**. This is not production authorization or whole-contour completion.

Forty-four frozen files are unchanged at their release paths. Original capture-time review.json and review.md are preserved as review-candidate-r3.json/md and in the immutable research freeze. Final review.json/review.md are post-audit Codex release bookkeeping. publication-addendum.md is independently reviewed as a supplement plus explicit wording delta. reviewedFiles lists supplied file bodies; candidateFiles also includes hash-listed context, which is not claimed independently read. Generated release manifest, page, checksums and ZIP are verified after publication, not claimed provider-reviewed.
