# Enterprise Classification Review

Read model-spec.md, model-fields.md, adoption-limits.md and bindings/native-v3.md before use. Traverse spec.json Bundle -> Layer -> Finding -> Questions -> Artifacts. This original companion is associated with WM-KNW-018 and WM-XCT-020; it is not their subtype and inherits no executable parent schema.

Only the owning host can authorize reading the entire packet, validate source custody, authenticate actors/time, select authoritative revisions and acknowledge mapping approval. Never infer these from scores, matching labels, provider answers or copied grants. Use classification_review.review with separately supplied current host context. inspect_snapshot is consistency checking only and returns authorized=false.

Unknown or incomplete reference data produces questions. Keep exact scheme/release/code coordinates, source/capture pins and all applicable alternatives. A narrower profile must not silently change identity, meaning or releases. No model-ID replacement, chain execution, business assignment, approval or installation is performed by this evaluator. effects is always empty.

The native binding records a restricted local Assessment, not a classification fact on a Company/Project/Person. Run outer V3 validation and the installed companion replay separately. Preserve source owners and packet history; use a new immutable assessment when build or approval basis changes. Unsupported migration/downgrade is refused. Never publish private packets or grants with this public library. Public synthetic examples grant no authority over the owner's company.

The user remains the source of task authorization. This file does not widen access, publication, installation, deletion or external-write authority. Research and audit evidence are separately recorded; candidate text alone is not audit acceptance.
