# Publication scope and evidence

This file belongs to an implementation candidate. Final review.json, immutable profile-manifest.json and executed reports govern the released status; no publication or audit is implied by this text.

The bounded contribution to EM-XCT-09 is an original offline Classification Review contract. Scheme authoring, general binding operations, graph reasoning, terminology adapters and model migration remain deferred. The initial contour's four candidate concepts are addressed by references/snapshots/review rules, not four newly minted masters.

Both independent S1 studies are genuine browser responses with disclosed partial source access; raw text is preserved separately from Codex reconciliation. Grok compared the specification digest with a synthesis-artifact digest; these are hashes of different artifacts, and direct public/local/runtime specification verification succeeded. Neither S1 study is an implementation audit.

Read model-spec.md, adoption-limits.md, review.md, test-results.json, acceptance-results.json and bindings/native-v3.md. Synthetic grants and examples confer no authority over an actual company.
