# Review scope

Independent research studies by actual Claude CLI and Grok browser are preserved in the public research dossier. Frozen full-package no-tools audits are recorded separately in review.json at publication. The providers' research suggestions are not executable test evidence. Local unit and native fixture results are Codex executions with exact source hashes.

This release may publish only as a bounded reviewable draft after the frozen package has no unresolved critical finding. EM-XCT-06 remains partial: quantity-price multiplication, physical unit conversion, FX observations/conversion, calendars/DST, localized content/designations and broad migration are not implemented by this monetary receipt. Parent holds and source-reading limits remain explicit.
