# Adoption limits

The complete operational limits are normative in model-spec.md and the identical spec.json model.scope. This summary adds no rule: exact scalar/affine conversions only; external authority and current host permissions required; embedded values have no independent identity; per-record ASCII/bounded vocabulary; explicit nested checks; no UCUM parser, uncertainty, lifecycle engine, idempotent import, current-head selector or existing-Dimension migration. Runtime publication and three synthetic installations do not establish production readiness or completion of EM-XCT-06.
