The 107th edition of the Giro d Italia, the annual three-week Grand Tour stage race in Italy, held from 4 to 26 May 2024, starting in Venaria Reale, Piedmont and finishing in Rome over about 3400 kilometres, won by Tadej Pogacar of UAE Team Emirates ahead of Daniel Martinez and Geraint Thomas, with the points classification won by Jonathan Milan, the mountains classification by Tadej Pogacar and the young rider classification by Antonio Tiberi; Pogacar led from stage 2 to the finish, won six stages and the mountains classification, and finished with a margin of 9 minutes 56 seconds, the largest Giro winning margin in decades, before going on to win the Tour de France the same year.
