Workforce Landscape

A declarative Enterprise adoption profile over existing person, employment, assignment, position and organization masters. It creates no new model or runtime identity.

Verdict: PROFILE / PROJECTION

Claude and Grok independently agree that Workforce Scope is a versioned population, counting, access and disclosure profile, while Workforce Landscape is an immutable result projected from one scope revision and pinned inputs. Neither becomes a subject master.

Portable semantics

Every released figure declares its grain, denominator, time convention, population rule, source precedence, null policy, consolidation and deduplication method. Unique persons, legal headcount, active relationships, assignments, positions, FTE and capacity stay distinct. Unknown, suppressed and zero are different states. Person anchors used for deduplication are transient and never emitted.

The base models remain reviewable drafts. Their composition relation is not approved, and normative FTE/headcount crosswalks, canonical source fixtures and disclosure-policy validation remain open. This profile is not canonical, installable or a legal, privacy or standards-conformance claim.
