Limits
- WM-KNW-003 and WM-MED-001 lack complete current specifications.
- Subject-matter crosswalks, territorial code lists and several non-registration rights remain unresolved.
- Standalone Usage Grant identity remains unsupported by current evidence.
- Grok Heavy accepted the profile-only disposition and rejected all four new model identities.
- The single Claude frozen audit accepted the held profile with five limits; all were remediated once and the audit was not repeated.
- Retroactive invalidation or revocation and right-termination effects on grants and sublicences require authoritative base-model policy.
- Brand, sign and invention need named upstream subject authorities; no surrogate identity is allowed.
This profile is not canonical, installable or a standards-conformance claim.
