Corrections and actual checks

Resource creation participates in historical control order. Transactions enforce 10,000-row limits atomically, with a final empty-policy revocation reserve. Complete operation replay rejects missing tails. Current readers retain terminal evidence when execution is denied. Export filenames are portable. The exact policy/history companion cut is stored inside each new test Dimension, and its lock explicitly says candidate and simulationOnly.

63 distinct tests pass on the source modules and the same 63 pass on the standalone bundle. Three fresh native Dimensions pass installed companion execution, stored-cut readback, native outer validation and explicit nested validation. Real stored nested tampering and duplicate events are rejected by the applicable checks.

Explicit limits

Only synthetic local label replacement executes. Identity, standing, policy admission, disclosure and continuity remain host duties. Coherent old restore is not detectable locally. Same-pin compensation is blocked by definition retirement. Torn files require a fresh export directory. The generic published composer still refuses empty fact-path maps; this separately labeled native fixture does not claim composer acceptance or production readiness.
