Research and verification
Actual independent Claude and Grok studies and three implementation audit rounds are preserved. Both final R3 complete-source static audits accept with explicit limits, followed by complete adoption-document review and exact addendum wording review. Grok first reported omitted bundle input; all nine source fragments were recovered inline before its final verdict. Earlier disagreement is retained. Executed tests and native checks are separate Codex evidence.
All 46 original candidate files are preserved. The released code, schema, specification and fixture remain frozen; review bookkeeping and transparent disclosure are separate. Public downloaded ZIP passed 69 distinct source tests, the same 69 on its standalone bundle and three fresh synthetic native Dimensions with nine pinned assets each. All 411 previous runtime entries remain unchanged; 412 entries now exist.

Remaining scope
EM-XCT-07 remains partial: real host authority/issuer-standing and delegation evidence; broader action parameter/effect adapters, remote effects and ambiguous external outcomes; protected disclosure, continuity and recovery; quotas/rollover; stronger historical clock validation and missing edge tests; incremental/existing-Dimension native bindings and generic composer integration. Each needs a separate bounded implementation and acceptance; no production authorization is provided.
Continue EM-XCT-08 (read its exact registry assignment), compare complete pinned ownership/provenance predecessors and existing enterprise fact-authority/assertion-provenance companions before selecting reuse/profile/new boundary. Obtain actual independent Claude and Grok studies and frozen audits. Do not repeat completed EM-XCT-07 rounds or mutate its immutable 0.1.0 release.
