Strict identifier boundaries and cross-kind collision checks preserve valid history. Caller projections omit Dimension-wide activity counters. Snapshot and manifest byte forms are checked exactly. History rejects events that the executor cannot emit. All required adoption documents and dependency declarations are installed. Host rate/admission limits and the finite event budget are explicit.
